SATELLITE BEACH — An evening of worship and fellowship unfolded at Cibelli’s Pizza Republic in Satellite Beach on Tuesday as Pizza N’ Praise brought the community together for music, faith, and fellowship.

At one point during the evening, Satellite Beach police officers stopped by in response to a noise complaint. Cibelli’s owner Emmanuel Salazar recalled greeting them with a smile. “I said, ‘We got a problem, boys?’ They said, ‘No, we need more of this in the world.’”

For Salazar, the gathering is about boldness and authenticity. “I wanted to help inspire people, especially those in my age range, to share their faith and not be so scared of what people think,” he said.

Shibata relocated to the Space Coast in 2024 to serve as Creative Arts Director at Calvary Eau Gallie while also launching Magnify USA, a "Christian creative studio that gathers, equips, and creates together beautiful things that point to Jesus." Shibata previously planted Magnify's Tokyo location. Magnify USA seeks to build on that success with a vision of cultivating a faith and arts community out of Melbourne's arts district.

Pizza N’ Praise will now take place on the last Tuesday of every month at Cibelli’s. Updates on upcoming gatherings can be found on Instagram at @pizzanpraise.
