“We Want to Take the Church to Where People Are” | The Way Table Microchurch Network
Cliff Harder of the Way Table Microchurch Network joins the Pastor Podcast for a wide-ranging conversation on microchurch, Christian unity, and taking the church beyond traditional walls in Brevard County.
Cliff is a licensed local minister with the Church of the Nazarene and leads The Way Table, a growing network of microchurches and house churches focused on relational discipleship, visible acts of love, and serving people who may never walk into a traditional church building. Born out of Crossbridge Church in Rockledge, the network now supports multiple microchurch expressions across the county serving unique needs while remaining united in faith.
In this episode, we explore how microchurches complement traditional church, why discipleship often flourishes in smaller relational settings, and how unity across denominations strengthens the witness of the Church. Cliff also shares his own journey from a Catholic background and military career to ministry, his work with the Brevard Homeless Coalition, and why caring for the poor and unsheltered must remain central to Christian mission.
