Pastor Nathan Walter of The Well Ministry in Merritt Island joins the Pastor Podcast for a conversation on church planting, authentic discipleship, worship, and building a church culture centered on Scripture and genuine Christian community.
Nathan and his wife Daisy founded The Well Ministry in 2021 after years of serving together in worship ministry and recording Christian music. Instead of creating duplicate ministries, The Well has intentionally partnered with organizations like New Life Mission and other local outreach efforts, providing volunteers where help is already needed.
Nathan also reflects on the dangers of lukewarm Christianity, the importance of worship that points people toward Christ rather than performance, and why he believes lasting church growth begins by "growing down" through deeper roots in God's Word.
